Text your tips to Kentucky State Police | Crime
ELIZABETHTOWN, KY (WAVE) – Kentucky State Police are turning to the public's love of texting to help solve crimes.
You can text confidential tips from your cell phone. Just write “KSP TIP” in the message along with your tip and send it to 67283.
The messages are sent to a separate, third-party server where identifying information is stripped out and they are assigned an encrypted alias before being sent to police.
