Truck crashes through baseball field | News

ELIZABETHTOWN, KY (WAVE) – A large truck, loaded with construction equipment, crashed through a baseball field Tuesday evening.

According to the Hardin County Sheriff’s Department, no one was in the truck when it somehow got loose and rolled onto the EABC fields in Elizabethtown.

Several witnesses saw the truck rolling and alerted a team and their coach to get out of the way.

Luckily, no one was injured.

Damage is estimated to be between $15,000 and $20,000.
